Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Owners and billing admins can change plans from Company Settings → Billing. Your projects, change events, and change orders stay in the company workspace. Downgrades that would exceed the new plan's limits are blocked until usage is reduced.
Is pricing per user or company?
Plans are billed per company workspace. Each plan includes a user seat allowance; adding people beyond that limit requires a higher plan or support help.
Are AI features included?
Core AI analysis is available within each plan's monthly allowance. Advanced capabilities such as Contract Intelligence, Drawing Comparison, and AI Recovery Brief start on Growth. Your team reviews every AI finding before it affects a change event.
Do paid plans include a trial?
Yes. Paid catalogue plans include a 14-day trial when you create a workspace. Payment collection stays support-led after the trial.
Is there a project or team limit?
Free: 1 user, 1 active project. Starter: 3 users, 5 active projects. Growth: 10 users, 25 active projects. Business: 25 users, 100 active projects.
What about custom roles and permissions?
Custom Roles is included on Business. Lower plans use the built-in system roles; you can still assign Owner, Admin, Project Manager, and other system roles within your seat limit.
What happens to completed projects?
Completed projects can be archived. Archived projects stay in your workspace as a read-only record of their change events, estimates, and change orders.
